Terms of Sale
These terms are the contract between you and the seller identified below for the purchase of a content sprint. By completing payment you accept them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything. If a clause is unclear, write to hello@inflouno.com before you buy.
1. Who you are contracting with
The seller and service provider is:
| Trading name | Inflouno |
|---|---|
| Legal name | Luan Oliveira da Silva (individual, sole provider) |
| CPF | 495.192.358-09 |
| Address | Av. Francisco Inácio Godoi Zerbinatti, 92, Jd. São Rafael 2, Araraquara, SP, 14806-853, Brazil |
| hello@inflouno.com | |
| Website | https://inflouno.com |
These details are published under article 2 of Brazilian Decree 7.962/2013, which requires an e-commerce provider to identify itself clearly on the site. Throughout this document, "we" and "Inflouno" mean the person named above.
2. What you are buying
A content sprint is a fixed scope of professional services, delivered once, for a price agreed before payment. It is not a subscription, not a licence and not a physical product. There are two packages:
| Package | Price | What is included |
|---|---|---|
| Launch Sprint | 64 EUR | Kick-off call, 30-day content plan, 20 edited short-form videos, hooks, captions and a posting calendar for one platform, and a performance report at the end of the sprint. |
| Growth Sprint | 97 EUR | Everything in the Launch Sprint, 40 edited short-form videos, TikTok, Reels and Shorts cuts of every video, hook testing with two rounds of revision, covers and channel art, a weekly check-in and priority chat support. |
Anything not listed above is out of scope. In particular, the price does not include paid media budget, actors or models, licensed music beyond royalty-free libraries, stock footage purchases, travel, physical production costs, or account management on your behalf. Any of these can be quoted separately, in writing, before the work starts.
3. Price, currency and payment
- Prices are shown in euro (EUR) on the site and in the checkout, with no charge added at the end beyond the taxes shown before you confirm.
- Payment is a single charge collected by Stripe Payments. There is no subscription, no stored card used for later charges, and no automatic renewal of any kind.
- Card data is entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout. We never see, handle or store your card number.
- If your card is issued in a currency other than the euro, your bank converts at its own rate and may add its own fee. That difference is between you and your bank, and we do not receive it.
- An invoice in PDF is issued automatically and sent to you together with the Stripe receipt.
- The charge appears on your statement with the descriptor
INFLOUNO.
4. Order, confirmation and record
The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed by Stripe. At that moment you receive a receipt and an invoice by email, and the thank-you page shows a summary of the order with a reference number. A summary of the contract is available to you at all times on this page and in the delivery policy. We keep the order record, the brief and the approvals for the whole legal retention period.
5. Delivery
Delivery timings, what we need from you and what happens if either side is late are set out in the delivery policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: onboarding brief within one business day of payment, first batch of videos seven to ten days after the kick-off call, and full delivery inside 30 days from the kick-off call.
6. What we need from you
To deliver on time we need brand assets, access to raw footage or product material, and one named person who can approve the cuts. If you have no footage, we plan a shot list on the kick-off call and you record against it. Delays or silence on your side pause the sprint rather than cancel it, and the delivery date moves by the same number of days.
You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you send us and that we may use it to produce your content. If a third party claims rights over material you supplied, you are responsible for that claim.
7. Revisions
Every video includes two rounds of revision against the direction agreed on the kick-off call. Changing that direction after production has started is a new scope and is quoted separately before any extra work begins. You are never charged for extra work you did not approve in writing.
8. Rights in the delivered work
Once the sprint is paid in full, you own the delivered videos and may use them commercially without limit of time, territory or medium. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and case studies, and you may withdraw that permission at any time by writing to us. Third-party assets inside a video, such as licensed music or stock footage, remain under the licence of their owner, and that licence passes to you exactly as it stands.
9. Cancellation and refunds
Set out in full in the refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: consumers in Brazil have seven days to withdraw under article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code; consumers in the EU and the UK have 14 days; and in both cases you expressly ask at checkout for the service to start immediately, which means that once the sprint is fully delivered the withdrawal right is spent. Before full delivery you can still withdraw and pay only for the part already produced.
10. What we do not promise
We deliver content, a plan and a report. We do not promise a number of views, followers, leads, clients or sales, and no clause of this contract should be read as such a promise. Reach on social platforms depends on algorithms, timing, your audience and factors that neither side controls. Nothing in our marketing is an income guarantee.
11. Acceptable use
We do not produce content that is illegal, that infringes the rights of a third party, that promotes hatred, harassment or discrimination, that is sexual content involving minors, that concerns weapons, illegal drugs or gambling where prohibited, or that makes medical, financial or income claims you cannot support with evidence. If a brief turns out to require any of that, we stop the sprint and refund the part not yet produced, in full.
12. Export and territory restrictions
We sell worldwide, with one exception: we do not accept orders from, or deliver services to, people or entities in countries or on lists subject to international sanctions that apply to us or to our payment provider. If a payment is blocked for that reason, it is refunded in full and no contract is formed.
13. Liability
Our total liability for any claim connected to a sprint is limited to the amount you paid for that sprint. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost audience or reputational damage. Nothing in this clause limits liability for wilful misconduct, fraud, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you, including the mandatory consumer rules of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
14. Suspension and termination
Either side may end the contract in writing if the other commits a serious breach and does not fix it within 15 days of being told about it. If we end it because of your breach, you pay for the work already delivered. If you end it because of our breach, we refund everything not yet delivered.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990) and Decree 7.962/2013. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own domicile, as article 101 of the Consumer Protection Code allows.
Before going to court, please write to us: almost everything is solved by email in a day. Brazilian consumers may also use consumidor.gov.br. Consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you paid, and it is quoted by date in your confirmation email. Changes are never applied backwards to a sprint already bought.
